St Aidan's maintains an all-inclusive fee structure, which incorporates all tuition fees, student support and pastoral care programs, access and use of libraries, sporting facilities, science laboratories and kitchens; as well as curriculum related excursions, a one-to-one electronic device (laptop/iPad) and associated software.
All students receive an electronic learning device which is fully supported by the School’s IT Department. Learning for the lower years levels (Prep to Year 2) is supported with an iPad. All other year levels receive a laptop computer. Camps, optional excursions, and non-compulsory subject-related items will be charged and identified separately. Additional requirements such as stationery and textbook hire are a parent’s responsibility.

PAYMENT METHODS
St Aidan’s issues four fee statements each year for Kindy – Year 11 (one per term) and three fee statements for Year 12 (first three terms only).
Fee statements are issued via email and accounts must be paid in full on or before the first day of each term. Parents can elect to pay fees annually.

The school is transitioning towards being cashless by 2025. As such, cash payments will only be accepted by appointment.
